We start with unfiltered apple cider fresh-pressed from organic honeycrisp and swiss gourmet apples. Then we add spices and slowly cook the liquid down in small batches to capture the intense, rich flavor of just-picked apples.
Drizzled over pancakes and waffles, this syrup is also delicious brushed on pork, chicken or salmon as well as a caramelized glaze for roasted sweet potatoes, carrots or Brussels sprouts. Refrigerate after opening.

Please Note: As much as we’d love to ship our products far and wide we are small, family-run and in compliance of the Oregon Farm Direct Bill. We offer personal delivery on most weekends from harvest through December to close-in Portland neighborhoods (delivery will appear as an option after entering your zip code if you are within our delivery range). In addition, orders may be picked up on the next business day in the Alameda/Beaumont neighborhood of Northeast Portland (address and details will be emailed following order confirmation).
