Organic Honeycrisp Apples
Our six acre organic orchard consists mainly of Honeycrisp, with a handful of Rubinette and Swiss Gourmet (Arlet) trees in the mix.
Honeycrisp is a delicate breed so we feel fortunate to have a knowledgeable scientist in our corner to manage them. Grower Sal D’Auria (who heads up Cinagro Farms) manages his own 70+ acres of apples, pears and peaches a stone’s throw away. Cinagro apples are grown at an elevation higher than any other in Oregon—2,500 feet! They’re also the last orchard touched by the sun each day, helping them take advantage of all that photosynthesis has to offer.
Cinagro Honeycrisp can be found locally at New Seasons’ Market after the harvest each fall.
